The SUNY Geneseo Men's Track & Field team split up with a handful of student-athletes competing at the Penn Relays while most competed at the University of Rochester Alumni Classic on Saturday. 

The Knights competed at the Penn Relays, going against top NCAA Division III, NCAA Division II and NCAA Division I competition. In the 4x400, John Goldszer, Jason Rappazzo, Lance Jensen and Alec Andrews combined to finish 16th overall, just ahead of Division I George Mason, Troy, UMBC and Georgetown relay teams. The 4x800 relay team of Ezra Ruggles, Joshua Goldberg, Alec Andrews and Nicky Andrews placed ninth, just behind Maryland and ahead of St. Joe's and Boston College. Nicky Andrews finished 23rd overall in the 3000 Steeplechase while Lance Jensen placed 12th in the 400 hurdles.

At the University of Rochester Alumni Classic, Riley Grossman took first in the 1,500 and William Hil placed first in the 5,000. Nick Bauman, Jonah Epps, Alex Hillyard, and Kyle Gronau combined to place first in the 4x800 as the Knights earned at least one top-five finisher in 12 different events.
