CHESTER, P.A. - The SUNY Geneseo men's track and field team traveled to Widener University for the Paul Donahue Invitational, and came away with multiple impressive and record setting performances.
Jacob Miller provided a big highlight for the Knights, running in the 400m and setting a new program and conference record with a time of 46.77. Miller's time was also the fastest time in Division III so far this season, while teammate
Arjun Ojha took fourth in the race at 47.44, the 13th fastest in DIII this season.
Ryan Hagan kept the record-setting momentum going, running in the 800m and setting a new school and conference record with a time of 1:49.09. Hagan's time is the second fastest in Division III so far this spring, while fellow Knight
Connor Hitt took sixth in the race at 1:51.39 for the 10th fastest time in the country. The 4x400 relay team of Miller, Ojha,
Andrew Kent, and
Sam Belmont raced to a time of 3:09.63, which is the fastest time in Division III this season, and second-fastest in program history.
William Hawken competed in the 110m hurdles and finished second overall with a time of 14.85, while Belmont took on the 400m hurdles and finished second as well, posting a time of 52.82.
James Tette took on the 3000m Steeplechase and finished in fourth at 9:22.85.

The Knights also competed at the Cortland Classic for throws events, and
Jayden Carroll finished fifth overall at 41.75m, marking the eighth-best distance in program history. Carroll went on to finish third in the hammer throw at 47.22m as well.
