GENESEO, NY: The SUNY Geneseo women's soccer team fell 2-0 against William Smith this evening and now sit at 2-2-1 this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Knights and Herons battled hard throughout the first half and kept the score tied 0-0 through 45 minutes of play.
  • William Smith got on the board midway through the second half off a penalty kick.
  • The Herons added another goal with 15 minutes left to play to take a 2-0 lead over Geneseo and the Knights were unable to overcome the deficit.
