KEUKA PARK, NY: The SUNY Geneseo men's lacrosse team took down Keuka 22-2 this afternoon, moving to 9-5 overall and 5-2 in the Empire 8 conference.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Knights too an 8-1 lead over the Wolves in the first quarter, led by Ian Leahey and Ronnie Trebing, who each tallied two goals each.
• Skyler Mitchell kicked things off in the second quarter with a goal at 11:37, followed by Alex Johanson at 10:07. Geneseo added three more before half to make it 13-2 heading into the third.
• Geneseo kept Keuka scoreless through the second half while adding nine more goals themselves. Johansen tallied three more while Christian Besaw added two of his own in the third. Maddox Gorney and Elijah Martin scored two more for the Knights in the final quarter, securing the 22-2 win against the Wolves.

QUICK FACTS:

• Ryan Trebing led the Knights in points with two goal and four assists.
• Alex Johanson had a career high four goals against Keuka.
• The Knights had a season high 18 caused turnovers, led by Josh Knapp with three and 53 ground balls, led by Ryan Trebing and Aidan Corbalis with five each.
