GENESEO, NY: The SUNY Geneseo men's lacrosse takes down Hartwick College 11-6 to bring their season record to 4-3, extending their won streak to three.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Knights came out on fire to start the game opening the game up with a 7-0 lead with 5:59 left in the first quarter. Jacob Pensabene got the Knights on the board with a behind the back goal at 13:38. Ryan Trebing, Jack Helrigel, and Jake Starkey each added a goal, while Ronnie Trebing netted two goals for the Knights. Jacob Pensabene scored his second goal of the game to give the Knights the commanding 7-0 lead to end the first quarter.
• Hartwick would follow this up with three unanswered goals of their own to make it 7-3 entering halftime.
• Hartwick would tally another goal early in the third quarter, but Geneseo would fight right back with back-to-back-to-back goals at 7:55, 7:26, and 6:37 remaining in the third quarter, coming from Ian Leahey (2) and Ronnie Trebing.
• Elijah Martin would add to the Knights goal total with 9:11 remaining in the fourth quarter to give the Knights an 11-5 lead. Hartwick would add one more goal, but it would not be enough as the Knights capture the 11-6 victory. 

QUICK FACTS:

• Ronnie Trebing led the Knights offense with three goals and one assist. 
• Jacob Pensabene and Ian Leahey both tallied multi-goal games.
• Ben Bradshaw anchored the Knights to victory with a season and career high of 18 saves.
