GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's and women's track and field teams will send 17 student-athletes to the NCAA Championship Meet in Birmingham, A.L. on March 13 aND 14. The Knights are coming off their ninth-straight Empire 8 title for both the men's and women's teams, and a regional championship for the women's team last weekend with the men finishing runner-up.
The Knights are looking to make their mark on the national stage this weekend, with the women's team ranked fifth in the latest USTFCCCA National TFRI, and the men holding strong at sixth.
