GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's and women's track and field teams are set to send a large contingent of athletes to the NCAA Championship Meet from Thursday, May 22 through Saturday, May 24. The Knights will send a total of 22 athletes to compete in 18 events over the three-day championship meet in Geneva, Ohio.

Geneseo enters the championship meet fourth in the USTFCCCA National TFRI on the women's side, and 12th in the men. Penelope Greene highlights the list of qualifiers on the women's side with the fastest times in the 5,000m and 10,000m events, while Brynn Mooney is sixth in the 400m after winning the national title during indoor NCAA's. On the men's side, Pierce Young enters the 3,000m Steeplechase with the third fastest time in the country, and the men's 4x400 relay team of Arjun Ojha, Sam Belmont, Giancarlo Di Fava, and Jacob Miller with the third fastest time as well.
