GENESEO, NY: The Geneseo Men's Lacrosse team tallied another conference win this afternoon, taking down the Keuka Wolves 23-2. The Knights advance to 7-6 overall the season and 4-2 in the Empire 8 Conference.  

HOW IT HAPPENED: 

• The Knights were unstoppable in the first, tallying eight goals in fifteen minutes of play. Riley Henselder (2), Jimmy Atkinson (2), Jake Perinchief, Ryan Trebing, Max Esposito and Ian Leahey all netted goals against the Keuka Wolves.  

• Ryan Trebing started the run for Geneseo, scoring the team's first of seven goals in the second quarter. He went on to notch another and was joined by Ronnie Trebing (2), Maddox Gorney, Ryan Fitzgerald and Esposito to bring the halftime score of 15-0.  

• Keuka tallied their first goal in the opening minutes of the third, but Geneseo continued to control the offense. Skyler Mitchell (2), Mack O'Brien, Christian Besaw and Ronnie Trebing were able to find the back of the net in the third and held Keuka to two goals. 

• Joey Sacco, Mitchell and Besaw had the final goals of the game for the Knights, leading the team to a 23-2 victory over Keuka.  

QUICK FACTS: 

• Maddox Gorney, Mack O'Brien and Joey Sacco all recorded their first career goal against the Wolves.  

• Ryan Trebing led the team with 4 caused turnovers.  

• Geneseo went 25-29 on faceoffs, with Aidan Stanton going 15-16.
