SELINSGROVE, P.A. - The SUNY Geneseo field hockey team traveled to Susquehanna on Sunday afternoon, and trailing 1-0 late in the fourth quarter, the Knights were able to pull out a 2-1 victory in double overtime. The Knights improve to 13-1 overall with the win, and pick up their ninth-straight win.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

- Susquehanna was able to strike first, scoring with just under 10 minutes left to play in the game. The Knights weren't ready to leave without a fight, and Sam Lewis was able to score the equalizer off assists from Aubree Wenner and Ella Greico.
- Neither team was able to score the game-winner in the first overtime period, but Geneseo picked up the game-winner in the second overtime off the stick of Wenner just over five minutes into the overtime.
