GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's golf team earned a sweep over Keuka on Wednesday, Sep. 25 with a score of 5-0 in match play at Livingston Country Club.
Samantha Petroci was first to clinch a win, posting a score of 7 & 5, highlighting Petroci's win was a birdie on the par four 12th hole.
Lydia Hickey also carded a convincing win, with a score of 6 & 4, where the Macedon, N.Y. native recorded four pars throughout the round. Clinching the win after hole 15 was
Cammy Porter, who won with a score of 4 & 3. Porter tallied a birdie on the par four 5th hole to highlight her win.
Jillian Draper picked up a victory at 3 & 1, tallying five pars and two birdies, with both birdies coming on the back nine to help her earn a comeback win.
Isabelle Healey rounded out the sweep for the Knights, finishing the 18 hole match two up after winning the final four holes, where she tallied one par and one birdie during the run.
The Knights will return to action on Friday, Sep. 27 against William Smith at 10:30 a.m. at Livingston Country Club. For the full results from today's match,
