GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's lacrosse team picked up an important early season victory against Ithaca College on Saturday.
Brady Sullivan's four-goal game propelled the Knights to an 11-10 win.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Brady Sullivan scored twice in the first quarter along with a goal from Jimmy Atkinson. The first quarter ended tied at three.
- The Knights dominated the second quarter and went on a 3-0 run. Robert Boneillo scored twice, and Riley Henselder added a goal of his own.
- Geneseo ended the first half up 6-3.
- William McCumiskey, Henselder, and Sullivan found the back of the net in the third quarter.
- McCumiskey tied the game at 10 with 7:11 left in the fourth quarter.
- Sullivan scored the game-winning goal with 5:32 left in the fourth quarter. The Knights defense remained resilient to close the game out.
- The final score was Geneseo 11, Ithaca 10.
QUICK FACTS:
- Sullivan and Henselder led the offense with four points each, while McCumiskey and Atkinson each chipped in three.
- BB Syrop went 12 for 23 at the faceoff with a team-high seven ground balls, while Michael Corwin added six ground balls.
- Junior goaltender Wes Ralph recorded 13 saves to secure the victory for the Knights.
