GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo field hockey team earned a convincing 7-0 win today against Morrisville State. The Knights improve their record to 5-3 overall and 1-1 in SUNYAC play.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Geneseo's scoring began around the seven-minute mark, and did not slow down from there for the entire first quarter.
• Sara O'Donnell assisted by Ada Roe, Sam Lewis assisted by Darby Matthews, Ava Schillaci assisted by Shannon Cunningham, and Ella Greico all scored within 6 minutes of each other, making the score 4-0 after the first quarter.
• Hanna Pochobradsky assisted by Emma Landers in the second quarter put the Knight up 5-0 going into the second half.
• Roles were reversed in the fourth quarter as Emma Landers scored off of an assist from Hanna Pochobradsky.
• Another goal from Molly Bathrick sealed the Knights victory 7-0.
