FREDONIA, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's soccer team traveled to Fredonia on Wednesday evening and battled to a 1-1 draw in their second conference game of the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Knights were quick to strike, with senior midfielder Liam Mulderig netting his fourth goal of the season in just the 12th minute of play.
• Geneseo continued to dominate play in the opening half, out-shooting the Blue Devils 10-1 and tallying three corner kicks, but couldn't add to its lead.
• The second half saw more aggressive play from the Knights attack, but Fredonia was able to find the equalizer in just their second shot on goal of the game in the 68th minute.
• Geneseo continued their offensive onslaught, recording three shots on goal in the final seven minutes. The Knights were unable to find the back of the net for a second time and ultimately left Fredonia with a 1-1 tie.
