  • With just over five minutes to go in the second period, Skidmore took the lead once again, 3-2, with its third power play score of the evening.
  • Early in the third period, Geneseo tied the game 3-3 as Cooper Fensterstock tallied his first goal in a Knights sweater with just over 15:00 to play.
  • Midway through the third, Skidmore scored on the power play again to take a 4-3 lead.
  • The Knights had chances down the stretch but could not find the game-tying goal, falling to the Thoroughbreds.
