ONEONTA, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo sophomore forward Michael Gannon totaled 12 points and 6 rebounds as the Knights fell to State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) opponent the Oneonta Red Dragons Saturday evening, 74-45.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Knights opened the game with a 6-4 lead as junior forward Alex Merhige finished off a driving layup with 14:30 to go, but it was the Knights' only lead of the game. 

• Gannon led Geneseo in the first half with 10 points as the Knights entered halftime down, 33-20. 

• Merhige tallied eight points, but it was not enough as the Knights fell to the Red Dragons, 74-45.

QUICK FACTS

• With his 12-point outing, Gannon recorded his 18th double-digit scoring game of the season, a team high.

• The Knights were held to their lowest scoring total on the season with 45 points.
