GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's ice hockey team picked up a top 10 spot in the DIIIHockeyNews.com preseason poll, coming in at the No. 10 spot.

The Knights will look to continue their success and prominence on the national stage as a contender after a strong 2025-26 campaign where they returned to UCHC Championship game. After sweeping Utica in the regular season, Geneseo was unable to come away with the program's second-straight UCHC title, but they have their sights set on returning to the top of the conference and a return to the NCAA Tournament. Geneseo will seek their 12th trip to the NCAA tournament in 2026-27.
