GENESEO, NY: The Geneseo Men's Lacrosse team took down the Sage Gators 24-5 this afternoon. Riley Henselder recorded his 100th career point this afternoon, ending the game with three goals and three assists. This win puts the Knights at 6-4 overall and an undefeated conference record of 3-0.  

HOW IT HAPPENED: 

• Jake  Perinchief tallied the Knights first goal of the game at 13:03, unassisted. Jimmy Atkinson nailed one three minutes later, with the assist from Riley Henselder, who followed up with one of his own off a pass from Josh Knapp at 8:50. Henselder, Atkinson and Perinchief each scored a second goal to end the first quarter.  

• Max Esposito opened the second period at 11:20. Atkinson followed with two more goals before the Gators were able to get on the board. Henselder, Luca Schettino and Ronnie Trebing (2) netted goals for the Knights, ending the first half with a score of 13-3.  

• Ryan Trebing and Askel Stanat each found the back of the goal in the beginning of the third to extend the Knights lead. The Trebing brothers to push, each tallying one more before Alex Johnson tallied a hattrick, scoring his first career goals within the last five minutes of the period.  

• Ryan Fitzgerald, Elijah Martin, Christian Besaw, and Jonathan Dubisz all scored their first collegiate goal in the fourth, extending the Knights lead to 24-5. Geneseo held strong through the fourth, only allowing one goal in the final 15 minutes of play.  

QUICK FACTS: 

• Andrew Tittmann, Wes Ralph, Brodie Sullivan, Ben Bradshaw and Beckham Clancy all saw time in net. Bradshaw led the team with a 1.00 SV%  

• 13 Knights tallied goals during the game; Jimmy Atkinson led the team with four goals.  

• Riley Henselder recorded his 100th career point, ending the game with three goals and 3 assists.
