GENESEO, N.Y. – The SUNY Geneseo men's ice hockey team will host a SUNYAC Tournament semifinal game on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. Ticket information and fan expectations are below.
GENERAL ADMISSION
Doors open and tickets will be available for the SUNYAC Tournament Semifinal on Saturday, February 24, 2024, beginning at 5:45 p.m. in the Merritt Athletic Center.
There will be NO PRE-SALE tickets for this contest.
SUNY GENESEO STUDENTS
The first 900 SUNY Geneseo students will receive free entry into the Wilson Ice Arena. After 900 students, entry is based on ticket availability.
SUNYAC TOURNAMENT TICKET PRICES AT GENESEO
$8.00 – Adults
$3.00 – Students AGES 5-12
**FREE – All SUNYAC Students with ID, Children 4 and under
**There are no other complimentary tickets for SUNYAC contests.
PAYMENTS
- CASH ONLY – no credit cards will be accepted.
- Payments must be made in person (no advance requests or phone transactions will be accepted).
SEASON/SPONSORSHIP BADGES
ALL SEASON BADGE HOLDERS WILL NEED TO PURCHASE AN ENTRY TICKET AT THE GATE, however, seat assignments for RESERVED SEASON TICKET badges will be honored.
FAN BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
-The Wilson Ice Arena is a family-oriented, fan-friendly facility. Fans are expected to act accordingly, supporting the student-athletes, coaches, officials and fellow spectators with respect and sportsmanship regardless of what's happening on the ice or the outcome of the contest.
-Fans are expected to follow the directions of the athletic department personnel and student event management staff, including, but not limited to the following:
-No alcohol or tobacco products, including vaping
-No obscene or offensive language
-No abuse of officials
-No standing directly behind the goals
-No running on the track
COVERING GENESEO ATHLETIC CONTESTS
Working media members wishing to cover any athletic events at Geneseo must contact the Athletic Communications Office a MINIMUM of 48 hours prior to the day of competition to request access. Requests to video/photograph any Geneseo athletic events must also be submitted to the Athletic Communications Office for prior approval.
