GENESEO, NY- The Geneseo Men's Basketball team fell to St. Lawrence this afternoon 61-49. 

HOW IT HAPPENED- 

• St. Lawrence and Geneseo went back and fourth in the first half. The team capitalized on turnover and went up by 13-6. Michael Gentile had three huge 3-pointers in the first but SLU took the lead late in the period.  The Knights went into the half trailing 31-21. 
• SLU came into the second fast, extending their lead by 12. Sebastian Pacheco and Colin Gentile cut it to four but could not get the momentum going and the Knights ended the game losing 61-49. 

QUICK FACTS- 

• Michael Gentile led the team with 12 points and went 4-9 from behind the arch. Colin Gentile was close behind with 10 points.
• Robert Pericolosi was strong on defense, making nine rebounds.
• Geneseo and St. Lawrence have only met thee time, with SLU taking all three wins. 

WHATS NEXT- 

The Knights are off until December 9th, when they will host Hilbert College at 7 PM.
