- Holding on to a slim 9-8 lead in the final 15 minutes, Geneseo buckled down after two quick goals Salanger and Brown. The Knights defense wouldn't allow a comeback attempt from Cortland, keeping the Red Dragons scoreless until the final second to secure the 11-9 championship victory.
