Box Score GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's basketball team stayed hot and won their sixth-consecutive game on Tuesday night as they took out William Smith 57-43.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights found themselves trailing 7-4 early in the first quarter, but quickly found their rhythm and ended up scoring 18 points in the quarter to earn a four-point lead at the break.
- Geneseo rolled that momentum into the second quarter as they made a 7-2 run to open up, and went on to go up by 11 points heading to halftime.
- The Knights never let up on either side of the ball, as sophomore guard Kiley Snow and junior guard Hannah Stockman opened up the second half with back-to-back three-point shots.
- Geneseo held onto their large lead for the remainder of the game and cruised to the 57-43 victory.
