Box Score BROCKPORT, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo junior forward Liv Raucci and senior forward Lindsey Wright each tallied a goal as the Knights defeated State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) rival Brockport, 2-0, at Dr. Linda Arena Field on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The Knights took a 1-0 lead in the 31st minute when first-year forward Abby Foster slipped a pass up the field to Raucci, who beat the keeper to give Geneseo the advantage. 
• Raucci and junior forward Juliette Frischmann each had quality chances late in the first half, but Brockport denied both attempts as the Knights took a 1-0 lead into the halftime break. 
• In the second half, the Knights extended the lead just six minutes into the period. Hannah Sullivan executed a give-and-go with Wright, who received the final pass inside the 18-yard box, created space and blasted a left-footed shot past the keeper. 
• Senior goalkeeper Angel Bennett made three second half saves to keep the Knights ahead and secure the clean sheet as Geneseo earned the 2-0 victory. 

QUICK FACTS 

• Wright tallied her team-high sixth goal of the season, while Raucci tallied her fourth score of the year. 
• Foster recorded her second assist on the year while Sullivan notched her team-best fifth assist. 
• Bennett made a total of four saves to secure the shutout, her eighth clean sheet of the season and the Knights' third-straight shutout.
