HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kreiss put the Knights on the board with seconds remaining in the first quarter burying her own rebound to put the Knights ahead, 1-0.
- Junior goalkeeper Sarah Quinlan made a career-high 14 saves, but Skidmore struck in the final minute of play to force overtime.
- Quinlan added six saves in the two overtime periods as Skidmore earned a combined six penalty corners, forcing a shootout.
- In the shootout, sophomore forward Katrina Clare and sophomore midfielder Darby Matthews each converted, but the Knights fell, 3-2, in seven rounds.
