BROCKPORT, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo sophomore forward Michael Gannon recorded 15 points and seven rebounds, but it was not enough as the Knights fell to State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) leader Brockport on the road, 88-57, Saturday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Golden Eagles started hot, earning an 11-point lead out of the gate before Michael Gannon was able to end the drought with an elbow jumper.
• First year guard Aaron Davis sparked a 12-2 run for the Knights, scoring a layup off a steal then a three pointer on the following possession.
• Gannon later scored eight-straight points including back-to-back three pointers as the Knights ended the half down, 41-24.
• Junior forward Alex Mehrige tallied nine second-half points, but it was not enough as the Knights fell to the Golden Eagles.
