GENESEO, N.Y. – SUNY Geneseo junior forward Kerrin Montgomery recorded a double-double, scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, as the Knights took down Plattsburgh, 63-50, at Schrader Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Geneseo started the first quarter on an 11-2 run, as junior guard Lindsay Halpin scored four on a pair of jump shots.
• Plattsburgh cut the score to 13-12 before senior guard Sara Ciotti splashed a three, sparking a 12-0 run to give the Knights a 25-12 lead midway through the first quarter.
• Geneseo took a commanding 37-24 lead into the half as Montgomery netted 11 first half points.
• The Knights maintained a double-digit lead throughout the second half to secure the win.

FAST FACTS

• Montgomery recorded her seventh double-double of the season
• Ciotti finished with a game-high five assists while first-year guard Hannah Stockman grabbed eight points and three steals off the bench.
