HOUGHTON, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo first-year outside hitter Tricia Baxley compiled a team-best 13 kills, but it was host Houghton defeating the Knights, 3-1 (25-17, 20-25, 25-19, 25-19), Wednesday night in women's volleyball action.

Sophomore libero Samantha Holdredge led the Knights with 25 digs, while sophomore outside hitter Lizzy Morton and sophomore middle blocker Paige Pendleton were each credited with 10 kills on the evening. Sophomore setter Erika Dannenfelser totaled 34 assists on the evening.

The Knights return to action on Friday and Saturday, competing at the Golden Knights Invitational, hosted by Clarkson.
