Personal: Alex Ventresca was rasied in Rush, N.Y... Major in Biology, parents are Cara and John... states her favorite athletic related moment was when her 2018 cross country team won the sectional championship then proceeded to win the indoor and outdoor sectional titles later that year, completing the triple crown... the best advice she ever recieved is that it may take weeks, months, even years to finally get better but the bad wave will pass and you will be stronger because of it. You have to experience the bad seasons to realize how good the good seasons truly are
