Committee Mission Statement
The Geneseo Athletics Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is dedicated to advocating for, understanding, and engaging in anti-racist efforts and the embracement of under-represented communities (including, but not limited to racial, ethnic, gender, sexuality, ability, nationality, linguistics aspects) across all sports. With the involvement of students, coaches, faculty, and alumni, we are devoted to cultivating this safe environment and promoting the well-being of our student-athletes.

- Geneseo alumni came to discuss their experience and passion of/for DEIA-B, belonging, and their general experience as a student athlete here open to all student-athletes to hear and learn from
