Meder, Benjamin, and Davey Qualify for NCAA's at Diving Regionals

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's and women's diving teams competed at RIT this weekend in the regional meet, and had three divers qualify for the NCAA Championship Meet with their performances: Greg Meder, Lydia Benjamin and Morgan Davey.

Greg Meder finished first overall in the three-meter dive, scoring 567.50, automatically qualifying him for NCAA competitions. Nathan Davey was the next top finisher for the Knights, taking fifth overall. In the one-meter dive, Meder finished second overall at 529.65, while Davey took fifth at 446.70.

On the women's side, Davey finished second in the one-meter dive to qualify for NCAA's with a score of 446.85, while Benjamin finished in sixth at 417.50. In the three-meter dive, Benjamin qualified for the championship meet by placing second overall with a score of 456.25, while Davey took fourth at 443.90.
