FREDONIA, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's cross country team finished second at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational, hosted by Fredonia, on Saturday afternoon.

The Knights were led by Annika Hurley in the 6k race who placed third overall with a time of 23:37.6, while Ella Grinnell took fourth at 24:00.8. Bethany Lorenzo was the third Knight to cross the finish line, placing 12th with a time of 25:21.0. Acadia Peirick and Natalia Biehl-Narvaez rounded out the top for Geneseo in 14th, and 15th place, respectively, with a times of 25:28.8 and 25:30.0.

Geneseo will return to action on October 18 where the team will split between two meets, the Canisius Alumni Classic and the Connecticut College Invitational.
