ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's cross country team traveled to Roberts Wesleyan for the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, and left with a fifth place finish out of 22 teams.
Isabel Marzec was the first Knight to cross the finish line, taking 26th overall for 18 points with a time of 18:59.8.
Lejla Borcilo and
Ella Grinnell crossed the finish line back-to-back, taking 43rd (19:31.1) and 44th (19:37.2), respectively. Rounding out the top five was
Bethany Lorenzo (19:49.9) and
Natalia Biehl-Narvaez (20:02.9). The Knights went on to have 10 total runners place in the top 100 out of 255 runners at the event.

Geneseo will split up next weekend, competing at both the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational hosted by Fredonia and the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh.
