ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Geneseo Men's Cross Country team finished fourth at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on Saturday morning. The Knights were taking on multiple Division I opponents, including Colgate, Buffalo, and St. Bonaventure, and had six runners place in the top-50.
Pierce Young led the pack for Geneseo with a time of 26:13.4, placing ninth out of 261 athletes. Connor Hitt was next to cross the finish line for the Knights, crossing in 25th at a time of 27:01.5. Teammates James McNaughton and Ethan Becker were close behind in 28th (27:03.3) and 31st (27:10.9). Logan Baker closed out the top five for the Knights, finishing 44th with a time of 27:31.1.
