FREDONIA, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's cross country team traveled to Fredonia for the Niagara Regional Championship race on Saturday, Nov. 16, and earned a second place finish, led by three runners finishing inside the top-four of the race.

Charlie Wilson finished in first place to lead Geneseo, posting a time of 24:51.8. Close behind Wilson was teammate Alex Hillyard, who took second place in the race with a time of 24:56.5. The Knights momentum continued with Pierce Young finishing fourth at a time of 25:05.6. Rounding out the top five runners for Geneseo was William Hall in 11th at 25:17.4, and Ryan Hagan in 12th and a time of 25:24.9. For the full results from the race, click here.

Geneseo will now turn their attention towards the NCAA Championship race, next Saturday, Nov. 23 at 11 p.m. in Terra Haute, I.N.
