GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's cross country team had an impressive showing at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Saturday morning, as the Knights were the top finishing Division III team and beat out multiple Division I opponents to finish second overall.
Rachel Hirschkind was the top Divison III finisher in the race, taking third place with a time of 22:07.8.
Penelope Greene and
Lilly Fowler-Conner also finished top-10 in the race, as they took fifth and seventh with times of 22:16.1 and 22:19.4, respectively.
Katherine Vogel and
Jillian O'Rourke took 17th and 18th, respectively. Kaitlyn Grossman also earned a top-20 finish with a time of 23:19.2. Rounding out the top finishers for Geneseo was
Ann Brennan in 39th place posting a time of 23:43.7.
