GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's swimming and diving team honored its six seniors on Saturday afternoon with a dominant performance against Buffalo St. in Alumni Pool.

Alexis Falvo,
Kimberly MacDonald,
Jenna MacLeod, and
Jennifer Van Horne were all honored in a brief pre-meet ceremony, where they also chose to honor a distinguished faculty member who impacted their career at Geneseo beyond academic instruction as a part of Faculty Recogniton Day. For a gallery of photos from the ceremony and the meet,

The Knights opened up the meet by sweeping the top four spots in the 200 yard medley relay, as the team of Falvo, Sposili, Willson, and DiGiovanni took first at 1:51.27. MacDonald then followed it up by placing first in the 1650 yard freestyle, completing the race in 18:12.90. Sposili continued her strong senior day meet in the 200 yard freestyle, earning the top spot with a time of 1:58.93.
Nina Chicatelli and
Sarah Cooper kept the winning ways going in the 100 yard backstroke and 100 yard breaststroke, respectively, while Falvo added another win to her day in the 200 yard butterfly.
Rian Dickman swam to first place in the 100 yard freestyle, finishing with a time of 55.20. Sposili notched her third, first-place finish of the meet in the 200 yard breaststroke at 2:24.30. The Knights went on to record the fastest times in the final four events of the meet.
In the one and three meter dive, Van Horne tallied the top score with 393.95 and 395.40, respectively.
