BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's tennis team fell to New Paltz in the first of three-straight SUNYAC matchups on Thursday afternoon.
The senior duo of Julianna Schulz and Grace Klomp put up a fight at second doubles, but ultimately couldn't string together the points they needed to pull out the win and ultimately fell by a score of 8-3. Schulz and sophomore Rory Tobin each took four games off their opponent at second and third singles, respectively. Klomp, Natalia Krol, Abigail Rockwood, and Julia Paolino all took a game off New Paltz.
The Knights will return to the court tomorrow at noon to take on Plattsburgh.
