GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo women's swimming and diving teams defeated Nazareth on Saturday afternoon in their first meet since the spring of 2019.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Ashley Felber, Alexis Falvo, Lauren Sposili, and Grace Kanaley opened up the meet for the Knights with a first-place finish and a time of 1:49.65. Sposili went on to win three more events, the 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle, and the 200-yard IM. Felber also finished the meet strong as she won two more events, the 200-yard breaststroke, and the 100-yard backstroke.
Geneseo will look to build on its season opening win as they travel to Division I opponent Canisius on Oct. 30.
