GENESEO, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo first-year Sean McClellan swam to first place in both the 1000 and 500 free as the Knights defeated Nazareth, 166-126, at Alumni Pool on Saturday afternoon.

McClellan earned the victory in the 1000 free with a time of 10:06.35 while he finished the 500 free in 4:52.30. Sophomore Harry Harkins finished the 200 free with a first-place time of 1:46.48 while touching up first in the 100 free in 48.22 to take first in both events. Junior Mitchell Phelps earned a pair of victories, finishing first in the 200 fly (1:57.62) and the 200 back (1:57.61). Junior Kaz Sampson took the 100 breast while first-year James Wun finished first in the 200 breast. First-year diver Corey Wirth finished first in the one-meter with a 266.80 and took second in the three-meter with a score of 266.15.

The Knights improve to 4-1 in dual meets this season and will return to the water on Nov. 30 when they travel to Ithaca to compete in the Ithaca Winter Invitational.
