GENESEO, NY— SUNY Geneseo junior Dexuan Yuan won at number-one singles and teamed with twin sister Minxuan Yuan to win at number-two doubles to lead the Knights to a 9-0 sweep of visiting Cortland, Friday afternoon.
The win clinched an unmblemished 6-0 conference mark (7-0 overall) for the two-time defending SUNYAC Champions.
Junior Amanda Rosati teamed with sophomore Marylen Santos to win at number-two doubles, before also picking up a win at number-two singles. First-years Maggie Hale and Karli Hollins won at number-three doubles and also were victorious and fourth and third singles, respectively.
The Knights will return to action next Saturday (Sept.28), to compete at the ITA East Regional Tournament in at Williams Smith.
