Women's Tennis Defeats Plattsburgh, 7-2

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo sophomores Natalia Krol and Julianna Schulz earned an 8-4 win at second doubles to lead the Knights to a 7-2 victory over State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) rival Plattsburgh Saturday at Binghamton Tennis Complex.

Sophomore Grace Klomp and first-year Kylie Seiler teamed at third doubles to grab an 8-6 win as Geneseo led 2-1 after doubles play. In singles, Krol and Klomp each won in straight sets, along with senior Sam Montague, junior Dana Sorrentino and sophomore Sophia Alkhouri Stuart as the Knights sealed the conference win. 

Geneseo (7-1, 5-1 SUNYAC) will take on Oneonta at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday in its final conference match of the regular season.
