GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo men's soccer team fell 3-0 to State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) opponent, Oneonta, Friday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Red Dragons opened the scoring with a goal off of a corner kick with 3:05 on the first-half clock.
- The Knights came out of the halftime break with a 5-0 shot advantage in the first 12 minutes of the second half but Oneonta countered with two quick goals to take a 3-0 lead.
QUICK FACTS
- Oneonta (7-3-2, 4-1-0 SUNYAC) outshot Geneseo (3-5-3, 1-3-1 SUNYAC), 19-9, with a 10-2 advantage in corner kicks.
- Junior goalie Dillon Medd made six saves but took the loss in net.

Geneseo will continue SUNYAC play as they host New Paltz, Saturday (Oct. 6) at 1 p.m.
