Heather Kwiatkowski joined the Geneseo Sports Medicine Team as Assistant Athletic Trainer during the Fall of 2018
Kwiatkowski previously worked for the University of Rochester-Sport Medicine (URMC) where she provided support to the Geneseo men’s soccer, women’s basketball and softball teams during the 2017-18 academic year.
Prior to working for URMC, Kwiatkowski lived in Southern California where she worked as a product specialist for DJO Global, an orthopedic bracing company, and provided technical knowledge to customers, clinicians and sales representatives.
Kwiatkowski spent the previous three years working for the Cleveland Clinic as head athletic trainer at Brush High School in Cleveland. She also earned a master’s degree in athletic training at Kent State while serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at John Carroll (Ohio) providing care for the varsity/junior varsity football program as well as the women’s basketball and softball squads.
A Chicagoland area native, Kwiatkowski earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lewis (Ill.) She and her husband, Michael, live in Rochester with their two cats, Maxwell and Tesla.
