Geneseo Athletics Releases New Website Redesign

GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Geneseo Athletics Department, in partnership with Presto Sports, is proud to announce the redesign of its website – GeneseoKnights.com – the home for all news, stats, scores and information about the Knights' 20 intercollegiate athletic teams. Fans will find a sleek new look and modern user interfaces to follow along with all the accomplishments and accolades of the Geneseo Knights student-athletes.

"We are extremely excited about the new look and feel of GeneseoKnights.com. We have improved ease of use and access for our fans and supporters as they follow the great achievements of our student-athletes," said Director of Athletics and Recreation Mike Mooney. "It will enable the department to match the excellence that the student-athletes are already exhibiting by promoting them in new ways. It also lets us build upon our previous site by adding more individual information while allowing us to take more advantage of the latest multimedia platforms that our fans use to follow the Knights."

With a new look and feel, the website redesign moves toward an integrated multimedia approach to covering the outstanding achievements of Geneseo student-athletes. Coverage of live events will now be easier to find and access with a dynamic ticker for each program. Bigger, bolder and more eye-catching imaging with an increase in video content and social media integration highlight the website's newest features. Also, in order to be mobile-friendly, the new GeneseoKnights.com will feature a responsive design, allowing automatic device detection of screen size that adjusts for desktop, tablet or mobile device usage for easier viewing and navigation.

In an effort to keep up with the dynamic nature of collegiate athletics, GeneseoKnights.com and Presto Sports will provide a platform for adapting to future expansion utilizing the latest industry trends across a three-year partnership.
