BROCKPORT, N.Y. – SUNY Geneseo senior midfielder Emily Haggerty tallied two goals and one assist to lead the Knights to an 8-5 victory over No. 19 Brockport in State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) play, Friday.

With the win, the Knights (14-1, 6-1 SUNYAC) clinched the second seed for the upcoming SUNYAC Tournament and a first round bye. They will face third-seeded Fredonia at 3:00 p.m. next Friday in the semifinals, hosted by top-seeded Cortland.

Brockport (10-6, 4-4 SUNYAC) opened the scoring in the sixth minute following a Geneseo turnover. Weber added another tally just 26 seconds later to bring the score to 2-1 with 21:23 on the clock.
