Men's Basketball Comes Up Short, 110-104, At Buffalo State

BUFFALO, N.Y. - SUNY Geneseo senior guard Justin Ringen scored a season-high 27 points and grabbed eight rebounds while junior guard Kevin Crockett added 21 points and seven boards, but it was the Knights coming up short in a 110-104 shoot-out at Buffalo State, Friday, in State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) play.

Senior guard John Decker scored 19 points while senior guard Jack Eisenberg logged 18 points as Geneseo (10-4, 5-2 SUNYAC) had its six-game winning-streak snapped.

Buffalo State (10-4, 4-4 SUNYAC) received 42 points on 15-of-18 shooting as well as 14 rebounds from junior guard Mike Henry while sophomore guard Dom Grayer checked in with 27 points in the winning effort. 

The Knights return home on Saturday to host Fredonia at 2:00 p.m.
