GENESEO, N.Y. – The SUNY Geneseo Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation is excited to announce a new endeavor.

Starting Monday, ONE VOICE will make its debut with five features written by Geneseo student-athletes. The launch will coincide with the NCAA's annual Division III Week celebration.

The goal of ONE VOICE will be to illustrate the wide-ranging backgrounds and experiences of our Geneseo student-athletes, while demonstrating how those differences make our common experience as one department, one family – ONE KNIGHT – so powerful.

Victory. Defeat. Loss. Growth. Diversity. Overcoming obstacles. Having fun. Being part of a team. ONE VOICE will give a voice to the student-athlete experience at Geneseo from a first-person point-of-view.

Starting Monday and continuing each day throughout the week, we will share a new voice that exemplifies what it means to be a Geneseo Knight. Once the week is over, we also look forward to sharing other stories in the future.

Have a great story to tell? Have a voice you think should be heard? Contact Geneseo Director of Athletic Communications and Media Relations Tim Volkmann (volkmann@geneseo.edu), or Assistant Director Brett Ford (ford@geneseo.edu).
